Fund Disbursement

Once approved by your financial institution, you’ll receive the funds in a flexible format whether as a lump sum, monthly payments, or a line of credit tailored to your financial needs. We secure the loan after verification that you have recieved the funds, meaning no repayment is required as long as you live in your home.

Ongoing Support

After receiving your funds, our team remains available to provide guidance, answer questions, and ensure you’re making the most of the program’s benefits, along with ensuring you follow the last few steps to unlock tax-free and government backed benefits.
